Coxa has a new patient ward where nearly all touch surfaces from beds to handles and from textiles to wall paints are antimicrobial through silver ion compound, which destroys bacteria and viruses.
In addition, many automatic and touchless solutions support the infection prevention and control of touch surfaces.
The ward will be monitored and compared to a conventional ward during a two year period, 2020-2022.
